Overall, very little customer service. Our experience was such that all the excitement and joy of buying and owning a MINI was removed. We were so unhappy we didn't want the car. Only Hassan and Steve King come out of this experince with any credit.

Booked in for a replacement tyre because of slow puncture, was given 2 hour slot for tyre to be fitted, when I arrived to collect car was told no tyre in stock

The prime purpose for visit was for bonnet release catch cable repaired replaced and told when making the appointment that new cable would be ordered in case needed.On the day told cable not been ordered so couldnt do the work
